The Board of Supervisors will meet Tuesday, October 8, to consider potential Supervisorial District boundary adjustments.
A committee called the Supervisorial District Lines Advisory Committee recommended three maps to the Board for consideration. The maps were among more than two dozen considered by the Committee during an extensive public process that included 10 Committee meetings.
The meeting will be at 9 a.m. in the Board Chambers, 400 County Center, Hall of Justice, Redwood City, 94063. View a Google map.
The background, proposed maps and Committee meeting minutes, videos and transcripts can be found at http://www.smcdistrictcommittee.org/.
The Board of Supervisors has the option to adopt any one of the recommended three maps, adopt a different map that was submitted, modify and adopt any of the maps, draw and adopt a completely new map, or leave the boundaries as they are.
